Speaking of something inanimate, the Green Flash in the Caribbean was the most amazing thing Ive ever seen.brbrBut truly the most beautiful act I ever experienced was on when I watched a man risk his life to stop and carry a disabled man from the tower before it collapsed. Instead of rushing on to save himself he carried that man down those flights of stairs to safety. People like that man make me realize this world is still a good place... On the most evil day the United States ever experienced, true kindness, decency and humanity showcased itself in a city known for its selfish nature. I was proud of Manhattan that day. brbrBut metaphorically... Id have to say the most beautiful thing in life is acceptance... when people overcome their bigotries and learn to accept and love. Thats whats truly beautiful.
